Learn about the important role Elin Kunders, and the original settlers of Germantown, played in the emerging colonial flax industry as part of the launch of “For the Common Good: The Women Who Shaped Our Nation” docuseries uncovering the powerful stories of nine pioneering Pennsylvania women who made significant contributions to the founding of the nation. Lend a hand processing flax alongside the PA Flax Project and discover the past to present story of flax in Pennsylvania.
